At the bottom of a tooth there are one or more roots in the jawbone. In each root there is a canal with nerve fibers and blood vessels.

These tissues can become inflamed as a result of tooth decay, a filling or trauma. When the nerve tissue can no longer recover and dies, a root canal treatment is necessary.

Under local anesthesia and with the aid of a microscope, the bacteria and dead nerve remains are removed from the tooth root.

This is done in an advanced manner, using new files for each patient to ensure sterility and avoid metal breakage.
