Our agendas are always full. You understand that by not keeping an appointment, the dentist and the assistants are unexpectedly unemployed, while the expenses continue. Other patients, often with toothache, could have been helped at that moment.
You will also understand that we are therefore forced to charge a default fee for appointments that were not cancelled (in time). Of course, we fully understand force majeure and other exceptional factors that make it impossible to keep an appointment. We therefore always recommend rescheduling appointments in good time. If you do this 24 hours in advance or can provide a certificate of absence, we will of course not charge a fee.
If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance that you cannot attend, a late payment fee will be charged.
The amount of the absenteeism compensation is 30 euros per half hour.
